Tips & Variations

Vegetarian Option: Replace chicken with tofu or tempeh and use vegetable broth.
Make it spicy: Add chili oil, sriracha, or fresh jalapeños.
Add depth: Stir in a spoonful of miso paste or a splash of rice vinegar.
Meal prep tip: Store the broth, noodles, and toppings separately to keep the noodles from getting soggy.

Storage

Refrigerate: Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
Reheat: Warm gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of broth if needed.
Freezing: Freeze the broth separately; avoid freezing noodles (they’ll get mushy).
