Tips & Variations

Add Protein: Thread a folded piece of prosciutto or smoked salmon for an elevated bite.
Make It Vegan: Use vegan mozzarella balls or marinated tofu cubes.
Switch It Up: Try Kalamata or Castelvetrano olives for different flavor profiles.
Balsamic Upgrade: A drizzle of balsamic glaze adds a sweet tangy finish.

Storage

Refrigerate: Up to 24 hours in an airtight container. Add dressing just before serving.
Freeze:  Not recommended — fresh mozzarella doesn’t freeze well.
